APPROVAL OF THE ADDENDUM TO CORRECT AND AMEND THE CONTRACT BETWEEN STUDENTS OPTING 4 SUCCESS, LLC TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATION SERVICES (SES)
Description
Students Opting 4 Success, LLC has signed and completed the SES Contract Addendum to reflect its agreement and has indicated the minimum number of students it is requiring for service at each school site based upon new regulations from the Florida Department of Education.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the agreement addendum with Students Opting 4 Success, LLC to provide SES Tutorial Services under the Florida Department of Education.
